Intro

It is essential to a fair and reasonable outcome that the information upon which decisions are made is, in fact, the best available and that it is credible.  The project’s documentation is more abundant than ever.  This analysis scrutinizes the veracity of documentation at the absolute core of this project.  Two issues are analyzed.  These are (1) forecast traffic demand and (2) project cost.  All documentation comes exclusively from the State’s website for this project (State of Alaska Juneau Access Initiative) supplemented with a few widely published comments by State officials.   Please click the issue in the menu line above.
